TimeParse — Timestamp Parser for Text Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

TimeParse is a browser extension for interpreting date and time values in text supplied by the user.

Information processed

Text entered or pasted into the editor is analyzed on the user's device. TimeParse may locally decode timestamp formats, time-based identifiers, and JWT headers and payloads. JWT signatures and claims are not verified. Clipboard content enters the editor only after an explicit paste action through the Paste button or keyboard shortcut. TimeParse does not read the clipboard when it opens.

The extension's local storage contains the current editor text, up to 11 recent text drafts, and selected time-zone preferences.

Sharing and transmission

TimeParse does not transmit analyzed text, clipboard contents, or selected time-zone preferences to the developer or any server. It does not include analytics, advertising, or remote code.

JWT values

JWT headers and payloads are decoded locally. Signatures and claims are not verified. Treat decoded values as untrusted.

Retention and deletion

Saved text and settings remain in the browser's extension storage until the user clears the extension's data in browser settings or removes TimeParse. Clearing the editor removes the current text from the editor but does not erase saved draft history or time-zone preferences.
